Materials
- 1 pack APETINA Snack with Red Peppers
- 1 ripe avocado pear
- 1-2 tsp. sundried tomato paste
- 1/2 lemon
Method
Cut avocado in half along its length and carefully remove the stone. Rub the cut face with the lime or lemon to prevent discolouration
Pile the cheese and red peppers from the APETINA Snack with Red Peppers pack into the cavities left by the stone and place on serving dish. Combine the tomato paste with a little of the marinade oil from the APETINA Snack with Red Peppers pack, and drizzle on plate to serve.
