Materials
- 1 pack APETINA Snack with Red Peppers
- 2 Tuna Steaks
Method
Heat a little of the oil marinade from the APETINA Snack with Red Peppers pack on a griddle or in a frying pan, cook the tuna steaks for approx. 5 minutes each side.
Whilst they are still on the griddle, top them with the cheese and peppers and allow them to just warm through slightly. Serve the topped tuna steaks, drizzled with a little of the remaining oil from the pack and a wedge of lime if desired.
