Serves 2

Materials

  • 1 x 200g pack APETINA Cubes
  • 1 Cantaloupe melon
  • 150g / 6oz. fresh raspberries
  • 100g / 4oz. blueberries or any combination of berry or other fruit of your choice.
  • Optional mint leaves to garnish

Method

Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds. Combine the berry fruits and approximately half of the APETINA Cubes, which you have drained, pile into centre of the melon and serve with a sprig of mint.
