Braque's Butternut Bucatini

Materials
- ½ cup of Apetina cheese
- 2 cups of butternut squash, cubed
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 250g of Bucatini pasta (or spaghetti) boiled
- 1 cups of fresh rocket leaves
- ½ tbsp of honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
Method
- Bake the onion and the butternut squash in the oven with the oil drizzled over them for 15 mins.
- Boil and strain the pasta.
- Add the rocket salad, butter, rosemary and honey
- Add the onion and the butternut squash to the pasta.
- Add the Apetina and salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy your cubist masterpiece!
