Materials
- 1 pack APETINA Snack with Green Olives
- 1 small Romaine lettuce
- Bread croutons to garnish. For speed, buy the ready prepared ones.
Method
Separate and wash the lettuce, tearing the larger leaves into smaller pieces. Place in a large serving bowl.
Drizzle over the oil marinade from the APETINA Snack with Green Olives pack, then toss the cheese cubes, olives and garlic cloves with the leaves, scatter with croutons and serve.
