Terms and Conditions

• Entrants must enter via www.apetinacheese.co.uk
• No purchase necessary.
• Draw open to UK residents only, excluding IoM and CI, aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of Arla Foods, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
• To enter, entrants must register their personal details in the spaces provided on the website. We note that Arla will only use the information provided in connection with the promotion.
• By registering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions beyond the closing date.
• The first entry to be drawn each month will win a prize to be chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion from a 15inch kitchen LCD ID TV with multi-region DVD player, a Smeg 60cm cooker with multi-function over, gas hob, and pizza cooking facility, a Miele stainless steel frost-free fridge/freezer, a Miele free standing dishwasher, a Gaggia Synchrony compact digital bean to cup coffee maker, a Kitchenaid stand mixer, Dualit jug kettle, 6-slice toaster, and DAB radio, and a Llewelyn-Bowen 44-piece cutlery set. The prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, substitute the prizes specified for prizes of a similar nature and/or comparable value. The prize cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
• The closing date for receipt of entries for the Get Clever in the kitchen Promotion will be midnight on the last day of each month between 31st May 2008 and 31st December 2008.
• The winners will be drawn at random by an independent person.
• One entry per person per month only. Bulk entries or entries via third parties will not be accepted.
• No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed beyond the closing date.
• No cash alternative will be available.
• The winners will be notified by e-mail no later than 7 days after each draw takes place. Winners must respond, within 14 days, to the notification e-mail supplying their address for delivery of the prize. Upon receipt of each confirmation e-mail, the promoter will, within 28 days, send the prize by courier to the winner's address as supplied in the e-mail.
• The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
• Details of the winners' names will be posted on the website following each monthly draw. For a list of names and counties of the prize winners please send a SAE to Apetina Get Clever in the Kitchen Promotion, Carlson Court, 116 Putney Bridge Road, London. SW15 2NQ. Requests must be received by 31st March 2009.
